Relaxation is a game of recovery. Sensual dancing can be both relaxing
and healing. When you move your body to a sensual rhythm, you naturally
activate your sex-energy.
You can dance like you make love...slow and sensuously. It's not about
choreography. It's about movement. The loosening up of certain erogenous
sex-energy centers.
Do this ritual in private.
There is no right way or wrong way to do your Sacred Healing Dance. Move
the way that feels natural to you. Undulate and thrust your hips into
it. Or you can even pretend you are a bamboo tree swaying in the wind.
Some people like to flow with it, while others prefer to sway and gyrate.
The key is to remember your intention here. You are awakening sexual
energy. Move the way you move when you are making love.

- Get naked and start out feet flat on the floor, arms relaxed,
breathing deeply.
- Play music and imagine that you are a bamboo tree in the wind (firm,
yet supple, erect and flexible).
- Let your body sway like a tree in the wind. Allow the music
to pass through you like wind through the leaves.
- Let the music carry you... Don’t think. Don’t try to
hold rhythm. Don’t keep time... Just let go
- After about 3 minutes, bring your awareness to your sex center.
Begin to move the way you move when you make love (Try to make
love and dance at the same time).
- Let the energy move upwards as you sway and move, so more of your
sexual endorphins can be released.
- Feel the heat of your own sexual energy as the movements begin to
loosen you up.
- After about 15-20 minutes of sensual movements, notice the difference
in how your body now responds to touch.
